In Korea, ’service’ means free stuff. I’ve got some pretty good things in my time here – extra lettuce and free bottles of shampoo from the supermarket; free food, drink, and on one occasion sports towels (!) from various drinking establishments, discounts in shoe shops – but today I scored big time.
